FANTASTIC experience working with Vitoria M. at Autohaus. The entire experience from financing, registration and delivery was professional and speedy. 5 STAR SERVICE!!! I purchased a 2013 MB SL550 and my son purchased a 2014 BMW 528. Highly recommend Autohaus of Naples!

I’ve bought both my first and second car from this dealership, and I truly couldn’t recommend them enough. A huge thank you to Damon for being so helpful throughout the entire process, especially when it came to fixing my car and helping me through every issue that came up. He was always patient, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way he does. Because of my experience here, I recommend this dealership to everybody looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to buy a car. Thank you again, Damon, for all your help!

Ive been waiting to post until I had everything double checked just to be sure because the deal seemed *way too good* to be true when I saw the M6 Competition for sale at such a steal - only 1 of 100 in the US - a truly incredible performance package on that BMW and I was told "we price things to sell here" and that is not one word of a lie - as I said I just came back from a bull body shop to give it a once over and "its in perfect shape - we didnt need to do anything" now **THAT** is incredible! Jacob is who I dealt with the most but everyone there is really fantastic to work with - speedy and exceptional service all around they officially just made a customer for life with the exceptional care they place in their cars for sale and the **incredibly well priced vehicles** listed there you're bound to find something that they have that you just need AND 👏 YOU 👏 CAN 👏 AFFORD 👏 IT 👏 - im just sayin with all the Tariffs squeezing every car industry might as well buy incredible used exotic cars for cheaper than any dealership in the area hands down - they dont do any actual repair there to the public but their garage is massive and can accompany/treat any car make/model that has existe

I hate buying cars but Jacob at Autohaus of Naples made our experience very positive. We purchased a preowned vehicle we are very happy with at a good price and he got us out the door in a very short time unlike other car dealers who seem to take forever even when you're buying with cash. Jacob even called us in when the previous owner brought in the second key so that we won't have to pay to replace it! I would happily do business with them in the future and recommend them highly.

Recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma X-Runner from Autohaus. Jay was the sales guy that helped me and I have to say the experience was fantastic. I am around 4 hours from the dealership and was a little apprehensive because the vehicle had higher mileage than usual. Jay assured me that the vehicle was perfect, but I used an outside inspection company anyway just to make sure. He was absolutely right. The report came back flawless, then Jay handled the paperwork as well as all the shipping. The truck was here earlier than expected and exceeded all expectations. I have been looking for this truck for around a year now and they helped me to finally make it happen. Thank you for all your help!
